Fraud Labs Pro Fraud Detection – Sometimes you may want to automatically reject the orders that, based on your previous experiences, tend to be fraudulent orders. This could save your precious time by removing the number of orders that you need to review.

1.       Login to the FraudLabs Pro Merchant Control Panel.

2.       Click on the Rules menu.

3.       Add the rule that you are confident will flag a fraudulent order based on your experiences. For example, Credit Card BIN not exist in our record.

4.       Select the Reject action.

5.       Click on the Save button.

FraudLabs Pro helps merchants to protect their online stores from malicious fraudsters. It screens all orders transacted using credit cards, PayPal, and so on for online frauds (also known as payment frauds or CNP frauds). As a result, it increases e-commerce merchant profits by reducing chargeback, improving operation efficiency and increasing revenue. Professional Bio of Dr. Richard Isaacs

Richard S. Isaacs, MD, FACS serves as the Physician-in-Chief and Chief-of-Staff for the Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center and the Elk Grove Outpatient Medical Facilities. In these roles, he is responsible for all clinical operations throughout the inpatient and outpatient arenas. He provides leadership for the 350 physicians and more than 2000 nurses and staff who care for the 195,000 Kaiser Permanente members in the southern Sacramento area. In his current role, Rich is responsible for all clinical, quality, and health promotional activities. Previously, he served as the Northern California Kaiser Permanente Chair of the Regional Chiefs’ Group for Head and Neck Surgery and also Chief of the Department of Head and Neck Surgery for South Sacramento. Rich joined Kaiser Permanente following the completion of his surgical training in 1995.  He is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and has Advanced Certification in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery.

Rich received his Bachelor of Science degree, with Distinction, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and his Doctor of Medicine degree, with Honors, from Wayne State University in Detroit.  He completed his Otolaryngology training in New York at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital / New York Hospital-Cornell Medical College.  Subsequently, he received his Head and Neck Oncologic and Skull Base Surgical training from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and The University of California, Davis.  Rich is also a 2004 graduate of the Kenan-Flagler School of Business Advanced Leadership Program, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

His specialties include: orbital, nasal, and maxillofacial surgery, as well as thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Rich remains very active in clinical practice and he functions as a regional resource for the management of advanced tumors of the head and neck and he provides the otolaryngologic approach for tumors at the skull base.   Additionally, he is trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and he has interest in post-tumor facial reconstruction and facial reanimation surgery. Rich is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

The Head and Neck Surgery Department of Kaiser Permanente, South Sacramento, is an affiliated institution of the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine and its Otolaryngology Residency Program.  Rich is actively involved in medical education and, for the past ten years, has served as the Director of the Otolaryngology Residency Journal Club.  He has published several articles in national publications and serves as a Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine.  Rich has been a Long-Term Director of The Permanente Medical Group Board of Directors, Since April, 2005.

1) American Academy of Otolaryngology Presidential Award for scientific work on Skull Base Surgical Approaches to Distal Carotid Artery Aneurisms, and

When to go

Weather-wise, there is no “best time” to visit Singapore. If you’re in the vicinity in the evening and want to splash on a good meal, head back to Hua Bee. By night, the coffee shop morphs into Bincho, a modern yakitori joint.

Local laws and etiquette

Singapore is known as a fine city and for good reason – you can be fined, and even caned or jailed – for breaking seemingly draconian laws that the locals have learnt to live with.

Since 1992, when a vandal stuck a piece of chewing gum on an MRT door sensor that resulted in the disruption of train services, the sale and import of chewing gum has been banned in Singapore. You can still chew gum, but be careful to dispose of it properly.

Smoking is banned in restaurants, cinemas and all indoor public spaces. Since mid-2013, the ban has been extended to include public spaces such as overhead bridges and outdoor hospital compounds.

Vandalism is also a punishable offence and so are littering, spitting, jaywalking and failure to flush the lavatory

La OCDE oficializó que el país canalero pasó a la segunda fase de la revisión de pares.

(Ciudad de Panamá-ANPanamá). ElForo Global sobre Transparencia e Intercambio de Información Tributaria de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE) formalizó el avance del país hacia la Fase II del Proceso de Revisión Paritaria

Este logro se oficializó durante la VIII Reunión del Foro Global, realizada entre el 29 y 30 de octubre pasado en Bridgetown, Barbados, donde se adoptó por consenso lo aprobado en Paris el pasado mes de septiembre. Ver nota: Panamá pasa a la segunda Fase del Foro Global

Ahora los retos de la segunda fase son diferentes como el intercambio de información automática.

La cancillería señaló que se evaluará la implementación de Panamá de los estándares para el intercambio de información fiscal a requerimiento en la práctica. En especial, frente a aquellas jurisdicciones con las que Panamá tiene vigentes acuerdos que permiten el intercambio de información.

“Este paso refleja el compromiso de Panamá en esta materia y los significativos avances en la actualización de nuestro marco legal. En poco tiempo nos hemos adaptado a los estándares de transparencia fiscal, defendiendo en todo momento los intereses nacionales", apuntó el Vicecanciller Luis Miguel Hincapié.

Debemos recordar que el mandatario de la nación Juan Carlos Varela, dijo en su reciente discurso en la Asamblea General de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) el país se compromete al intercambio de información automático, pero  con algunas condiciones y que el mismo se de en forma bilateral, esto se dio durante su discurso en Naciones Unidas.

Entre estas condiciones están que sea de forma bilateral, tal como lo han hecho los principales socios comerciales,  debe estar condicionado conforme a la capacidad y circunstancias nacionales y que en el entorno geopolítico internacional se respete el derecho de cada país de tomar las medidas que considere necesarias para garantizar que el intercambio automático de información, que persigue el bien común, no sea mal utilizado.

Igualmente propuso que el debate de estos temas se incorpore a la agenda regular de  Naciones Unidas, asegurando que las iniciativas que se presenten, sean discutidas por los países en igualdad de condiciones.

TOMATIS THERAPY AND STIMULATION FOUNDATION (fundet-TOMATIS)

The TOMATIS method owes its name to Dr. Alfred A. Tomatis, a French physician and researcher born in 1920. He was also a psychologist, speech language pathologist and a member of the French Academy of Sciences.

For him, listening was not the same as hearing because listening is affected by motivation and functional elements that depend on the will of the individual. Listening is far more than the passive act of registering sounds randomly.

In Panama, the Tomatis Therapy and Stimulation Foundation (FUNDET-TOMATIS) offers a wide range of programs for children and adults. The donations they receive enable them to offer free speech scholarships for Panamanian children who would not otherwise receive the timely and necessary help they require.

ART IN THE PARK FOUNDATION

Fundación Arte en el Parque is the first foundation from the city of Penonomé to promote artistic and cultural values in the province of Coclé and to create spaces and activities that also have an impact on cultural tourism. The VII Art in the Park Festival will serve as a forum for art in general and offer provincial artists an opportunity to make their talent known and present their works, thereby motivating emerging artists who also wish to participate. The Foundation is currently offering local Fine Arts scholarships and also conducts seminars and courses for the social and humanistic/liberal arts formation of artists and the general public.

SAINT JOSEPH PARISH FOUNDATION OF VALLE DE ANTÓN

The Web practically gives us the ability and freedom to enjoy more jokes, gain more education and wisdom and read more books.

There seems to be a surge in spending more time enjoying life using technology or seeing more of our world and appreciating culture and nature, making us feel more energetic and somehow younger in our bodies and our minds. Or so it seems. We may have found the fountain of youth, especially if we consider the flood of new and old information regarding the value of organic or natural food we have neglected for so many years and which our elders considered as their staple food that made them live longer lives without the supplements or medical advantages we have today.

Maybe the ability to enjoy life is the secret we may have lost in our rush to build modern civilizations that isolate people from their natural roots and their normal connection to the simple and good things in life. By that, we mean work, especially the mechanical or tedious tasks we do daily, has destroyed our innate desire and propensity to savor every moment of living in the same way that birds and animals do even when they seem to be foraging for food or striving to survive.

Yes, “playing” in the Internet, whether it be doing games or “liking” viral photos or videos, may be often done on the sly during office hours or while stuck in traffic, allowing people to escape the harsh realities of existence. Yet, it still speaks much of the normal urge of all people to lighten the load that they bear on any ordinary working day. So much so that we see droves of people head out to the country on weekends or even to the mall to splurge on the happiness or recreation they missed during the entire work week.

Rest and recreation has become such a prime commodity these days that we talk of mini-vacations we can take while surfing on our smartphones or dozing off on an office sofa. Work has made us feel so old and tired that we aim to recover our youth as much as we can with as many ways we can think of, whether it through yoga, painting, a movie, biking or chatting real-time or virtually.

And many do it, not really to regain their youth consciously but simply to unwind or to be diverted from stressful living. Children used to be immune to boredom and tiredness. They had energy for endless play; lately, however, they have shown tendencies to be easily bored especially when separated from their tablets or their Play Stations. Sleep used to be their only means of rest and real recreation.

When we were young, we made our own toys and invented our own games. There was not a place for boredom or lack of real playtime – that is, playtime using our hands, feet, body and mind.  People knew how to be young then. We rested to recreate once more. Today, we may have more varieties of games and toys; but we have less understanding and appreciation for remaining truly perpetually young. We rest but cannot seem to recreate ourselves, physically and emotionally. We are growing old much faster today.
